Pomegranate Martini (Pomegranatini)

Ingredients

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces Gin
• 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
• 1 ounce Dry Vermouth
• 3 Ounces Sweet Pomegranate Juice
• Spray of Lemon Juice
• 1 shake of bitters
• Lemon peel (optional)

Assembly

Put ice, gin, vermouths, pomegranate juice, lemon and a dash of bitters into a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with lemon peel.
